No tracking on this site

This website runs no third party analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no fingerprinting. It sets no cookies. It makes no requests to third party domains, including font and script hosts, because every asset is served from kadarlabs.com. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The payback calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to a server. If you copy a share link, your inputs are encoded in the URL you copied and nowhere else.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard access logs, which include IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent. These are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD TO FILL] and are used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. Hosting provider: Cloudflare.

If you create an account

The Kadar application is a separate service. When you sign up we process your email address, your account and billing details, and the model inputs and results you save. The lawful basis is performance of the contract between us, and for billing records our legal obligation to keep them.

Your model inputs and results are yours. They are not pooled into benchmarks, not sold, not shared with other customers, and not used to calibrate the genre defaults Kadar ships.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing. Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL TO FILL] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

This policy is drafted to describe how the site and service actually behave. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel check it before launch.

  1. 1 Parties and definitions Auguris OÜ, the customer, the service, the application, inputs, outputs.
  2. 2 The service What Kadar provides, and that it is a modelling tool rather than a forecast or financial advice.
  3. 3 Accounts and eligibility Business use only, accurate details, responsibility for credentials.
  4. 4 Subscription, billing and renewal Tiers, monthly billing in USD, EU VAT where applicable, renewal and cancellation.
  5. 5 Fair use and limits Game count and run limits per tier, API rate limits, no resale of outputs as a service.
  6. 6 Customer data and ownership Customer retains ownership of inputs and outputs. Licence granted to us only to operate the service.
  7. 7 Our intellectual property The engine, the fitted parameters and the genre calibration remain ours. The published method does not.
  8. 8 Confidentiality Mutual, with the usual carve outs.
  9. 9 Availability and support Target availability, maintenance windows, support channel and response expectations.
  10. 10 No warranty as to results Model outputs depend on customer inputs. No guarantee of accuracy, profitability or fitness for a particular decision.
  11. 11 Limitation of liability Cap and excluded heads of loss, to be set by counsel.
  12. 12 Suspension and termination Grounds, notice, effect on data, export window after termination.
